- 1 liter whole milk
- 3 tea spoons lemon juice
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups water
- cold water
RASGULLA RECIPE.......
- At first boiled milk and pour 3 tea spoons lemon juice mixed up.Use only as needed.
- Switch off the oven wait 3 minutes.milk will be curdled.If milk doesn't curdle again use lemon juice and milk is still boiling.
- Filter curdle milk using muslin cloth.Collect cheese.
- Now wash cheese by chilled water for using lemon juice.
- Keep cheese in a muslin cloth and tie up.Hang it for 40 minutes,drain excess water.
- Mixed sugar and water boil to a wide pan.
- Now knead the cheese for 20 minutes and make dough and roll.Now make tinny balls.
- there after add balls to boiling sugar syrup on medium high flame.
- Wait for 15 minutes they double in size when done.
- Let rasgulla rest and cool.Now garnishing.
